We are embarking upon a programme of change – could you help to shape and deliver this exciting and challenging 3 year Transformation Strategy and OD Framework.

Hours:  37 per week

Salary:  Grade 12 (£41,432 - £44,255) per annum

We are primarily seeking someone who has credible, creative ideas that align to our Council’s outcomes and priorities, and can bring these to life through contributing to strategy and turning this into operational plans.

If successful, working to a Strategic Business Partner and supporting the wider team OD team, you will manage three work strands and small teams including Resourcing, Systems and Learning and OD, promoting transition to a dynamic team in a modern and forward thinking organisation that is flexible to the needs and strategies of the internal and external customers.

If you have experience of Resourcing and understand how to attract talent to the organisation, Learning and Development to get the most out of available resources and how systems can support the vision to develop an organisation, then we welcome an application from you.  

As we change the way we want to manage our people, it is important to have a manager who can bring these changes to life, generating energy across the service areas, whilst supporting the delivery of outcomes through managing team performance.
