We’re just about to embark upon our cultural change programme - shaping and delivering our exciting and challenging 3 year Transformation Strategy and OD Framework.

Hours:  37 per week

Salary:  Grade 12 (£40,619 - £43,387) per annum

We are seeking someone who has credible ideas, can bring these to life and ensure that they align to the outcomes and priorities of the council – contributing to strategic developments but turning these into operational plans and getting stuck into designing and delivering a range of OD interventions.  You will be influential in moving the Council and OD service forward as a values led, high performing community council, placing the customer at the heart of everything that we do. 

The role will involve managing and bringing together and to life our talent, systems, change and learning & development functions as well as matrix working around the needs of our customers, whether internal or external.  It’s going to be a demanding but challenging role with a great team of people. Opportunities for agile working.
