Care Contribution Assessment Assistant
35 hours a week Fixed term contracts
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Care Contribution Assessment Team, part of Adult Social Care in WCC, for 2 Fixed Term contracts (one for 12 months and one for 6 months). If you are looking for an interesting and fast pace new role then this could be for you!
The Care Contribution Assessment Team deals primarily with providing Financial Assessments for Service Users to determine what their Financial contribution is towards the cost of any Care they may receive.
You will be liaising via telephone or email with Service Users, Social Work teams, Managers, other teams within Adult Social Care and third party agencies.
We are looking for someone who can work well on their own and with others in a very busy and demanding environment. Good organisational, customer service and IT skills are essential.
You will be given in depth thorough training for this role and you will be well supported by the Team Manager and the rest of the Care Contribution Assessment Team, a friendly and supportive team.
