About Us

Post and Meeting Services are a small team who provide Reception services at Warwickshire County Council main offices and administrative support to Facilities Management Teams within our Property Services Group.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic proactive part time Receptionist to join us, working 23.5 hours a week every Monday and Tuesday at Northgate House Conference Centre and one other day, to be confirmed, at our Learning Centre in Pound Lane. 

The Role

23.5 Hours per Week

Permanent Contract

As our Receptionist you'll be the first point of contact for callers to the Centres in person or on the telephone. Meeting and greeting our internal and external customers as well as undertaking some business support and administrative duties will all be part of your role. In addition you'll help on other areas and undertake additional duties as required.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role you'll need previous experience of working in a front line customer service environment, preferably in a Receptionist’s role and be used to dealing with a variety of clients. The ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team and flexible in approach to work and hours are essential. In addition it's important you have good planning, organising and administrative skills, used to providing accurate work at all times and are IT literate, MS Office preferred.
