Hours: 30 hours per week- Mon-Fri 8.30am to 3.15pm, term time only 39 weeks per year

Salary: Grade 5 Scale Points 18-21 - £18,070 - £20,138 pro rata (Actual salary £12,591 - £14,032)

We are currently looking to recruit two Learning Mentors to work across the school.

Applicants should be:

  • able to demonstrate a genuine care for the individual pupils
  • able to cater for the needs of each individual child in their care
  • able to incorporate a variety of learning strategies
  • able to maintain open communications with parents and work colleagues in building and maintaining a supportive and encouraging team environment

We are looking for an applicant who:

  • Has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Has excellent organisational skills
  • Is experience with working with pupils with special needs
