Temporary contract for 13 months.

This is a new and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable individual with a passion for IT Service Management.

The position will be working within the Customer Services Team of an extremely busy ICT Department.

The role is ideal for someone who likes to multi-task and no one day will be the same; this role will be challenging so a strong determination to succeed and to finish a task is a must.

The right candidate for this role will have previous experience of working within an IT Service Management environment along with the ability to manage and adapt to a varied workload.

Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to use Microsoft Office and other IT systems and applications to an advanced level.

This position is initially offered on a temporary basis (13 months) whilst the ICT department under takes a transformation journey – there is a possibility of the position becoming permanent (or part time permanent) after the initial period.
