SENIOR BUSINESS SUPPORT ASSISTANT – Adults Learning Disability Team, Stafford

Salary: Grade 5, £17,419.00 - £19,430.00

37 Hours per week – Permanent

We require a Senior Business Support Assistant (Grade 5) for 37 hours per week.  The successful applicant should aim to meet the criteria listed in the attached job description and be able to work flexibly providing support to our other site when required. 

Key Tasks include:

  • To assist with the processing of financial transactions within the office in accordance with financial procedures.
  • To ensure the service is robust in key deliverables around supporting payment of invoices, maintaining and maximising customer satisfaction and ensuring the reputation and the sustainability of the financial management for the Adult with Learning Disabilities Team can be achieved.
  • To undertake a range of Customer Care duties.  This will include filtering telephone calls, answering questions from members of the public and other agencies on the services of the team and the wider service.
  • The use of our client based computer system in relation to records keeping and a high level of detail in relation to performance improvement and key performance indicators.
