Mobile Catering Supervisor
We’re looking for a Mobile Catering Supervisor to join our team.
Working term time for 25.0 Hours per Week to cover North of the county where required. You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, organising the workload, agreeing working hours and help to train staff. Participating with cooking and serving of meals you’ll be approving the selection of menus, ensuring the food ordered meets our nutritional standards and accommodates dietary requirements. Maintaining the highest possible standards as well as continuously looking to improve these you’ll also comply with the Health and Safety legislation and complete the necessary paperwork. Working as part of a team as well as on your own initiative you’ll also be working with internal and external customers. In addition you’ll travel the county effectively and efficiently and a uniform is provided.
To be successful, it’s important you have catering experience; the ability to supervise staff; experience of working within a team and be available to work the hours specified above. As you’ll be managing a variety of relationships, you’ll need good customer care and communication skills. It’s also important you have high standard of hygiene; an awareness of Health and Safety and have the use of a car for work purposes.For further details please read the attached Job Description and Person Specification.
