Business Change Analyst

Salary:  £36,153.00 - £39,961.00 per annum

37 Hours per week – Permanent

Are you a change consultant who is positive, proactive, engaging and self-motivated with high emotional intelligence, good communication and strong stakeholder management skills? If you have the ability to quickly build credible relationships with people at all levels you could be ideal for this role.

Do you have a business improvement qualification or relevant change experience? Can you demonstrate your track record of supporting successful business improvement activity in complex situations where multiple stakeholders are involved?

The Transformation Support Unit (TSU) is a well-established specialist consultancy team within Staffordshire County Council (SCC) that supports senior leaders and operational managers internally and externally to shape and deliver complex change programmes / projects.

To be successful in this role you must have a proven background in one or more business improvement methods (e.g. systems thinking, lean six sigma, etc.) and a range of change consultancy tools and tactics at your disposal. You need to be able to demonstrate you have helped business areas assess and understand their problems and helped them successful improve.  You also need to demonstrate experience in challenging the status quo and using your influencing and negotiating skills to achieve agreed outcomes.
