This role is based in the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire. The purpose of this role is to carry out performance and reporting activities, driving improved programme performance, ensuring consistency and compliance with good quality reporting standards.
This exciting opportunity calls for an experienced Performance Analyst, someone who is full of ideas, enthusiasm and skills and wants to use these attributes to help the Police and Crime Commissioner deliver his vision for a safer Staffordshire for all.
The successful candidate will need to use established techniques to drive accuracy of project costs, monitor performance against schedules, risks and trend performance to provide insight for senior stakeholders to identify trends, support the delivery of The Police and Crime Plan and enable strategic decision making.
