Catering Assistant required to work 16.00 Hours a week, term time covering Maternity Leave for approximately 1 year.

10.45am - 2.00pm - Monday - Thursday and 11.00am - 2.00pm on Fridays

Term Time Only. Salary Band A - £16495 - £17007 pro rata per annum.

Incremental progression is subject to performance.

You will need to be an enthusiastic, self-motivated person able to undertake general kitchen duties. You must be approachable and understand the diverse needs of customers. You will need to be flexible, adaptable and open to change. You must be able to respond to meet customers individual needs, using appropriate methods to communicate.

Duties will include to assist in the production of food and delivery of a catering service as specified in the Service Level Agreement, to carry out basic food preparation under supervision where appropriate and carry out washing up and cleaning relating to premises equipment.

You will be required to gain a Level 2 Food Safety qualification within the first 12 months of service.

Please note this post is covering maternity leave and if for 1 year only .

Interviews will be taking place on 04.06.18 at Dickens Heath Primary School between 9.00am and 12 noon.
