We are looking to appoint an exceptional, highly effective Clerical Assistant who has high expectations and is passionate about team success.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative person to take up this post to focus upon raising standards and achievements within the busy and challenging school office / reprographic environment.

You must be customer service focused and take pride in the quality of administrative services you will provide. It is important you are an excellent communicator with high levels of emotional intelligence and a strong commitment to working with the office team, parents, staff and the wider school community.

Reliability and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines are essential. Knowledge of SIMS is desirable, but not essential. Knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential. Duties will include:  reprographics work, producing mail merged and updating template letters, collection of cash and reconciliation of records; dealing with telephone and reception enquiries; photocopying, display work, word processing and general administrative support.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for the role.
