We are currently looking to appoint a part-time Technician to work as part of the Design Technology Team with specific responsibilities for the Resistant Materials and Graphic Products areas. The technician’s role is vital in maintaining high standards of safety in the Resistant Materials and Graphics workshop.  The post-holder will also provide a small proportion of their time supporting the Art department.  The post is available immediately or for September 2018.
The role will be to support the work of the Co-ordinator for Graphics and Resistant Materials and the achievements of students, using innovative approaches, supporting and resourcing lessons, with an emphasis on safe practice and sustaining the high standards of practical work in the department.
