Dingle Community Primary School

Requires an innovative and inspirational Headteacher from January 2019.

Leadership Scale points range 13-19.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who is passionate about learning and developing the full potential of all our children and staff. Dingle is a one-form entry primary school, incorporating a Governor-led pre-school.

Has a deep understanding of what constitutes good teaching and learning, with a genuine belief that all children can experience success.

Has commitment, drive and resilience, with the ability to manage tight budgets and still raise standards.

Can continue to develop good relationships with our parents/carers and the wider community.

Is outward looking and will build upon existing networks with other local schools.
