Administration Assistant - Tividale Community Primary

If yes, then why not consider this key role in our outstanding school. There will be an opportunity to work alongside the current post holder for an induction and handover period.
The working hours are 27.5 per week. Monday and Tuesday 8.30am to 4pm. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm (4pm on alternate Wednesdays). Training days are included and additional hours may be required to cover peaks in workload.
The main duties are attendance, pupil data administration, admissions including nursery, school visits, finance and cash handling.

- Excellent computer skills including detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional and positive approach
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
- Confidential approach in dealing with personal information
- Ability to embrace change and work with new systems and processes
