SCHOOL STAFF INSTRUCTOR(SSI) - TV11618
COVER SUPERVISOR – PERMANENT POST –– 32.5 HOURS PER WEEK – TERM TIME ONLY + 15 DAYS - NJC SCALE 5 (SCALE POINT 24 FIXED) ACTUAL PAY £19,676 P.A.
SSI will be able to claim for up to 51 paid training days from the MOD
As a CFAV will be able to claim up to 21 paid training days from the MOD
Required as soon as possible. The unique opportunity has arisen for a new role within the school as SSI. This will be combined with a cover supervisor position, to take responsibility for the supervision of classes during the short-term absence of teachers. The successful candidate must be prepared to cover all subjects, including Maths and PE. Relevant experience is desirable but not essential as appropriate support and training will be provided.
The successful candidate will also have a good working knowledge of ICT, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, good time-management and work-planning skills and well developed interpersonal skills, plus the ability to relate well to a wide range of people.
