An opportunity has arisen for a customer focussed ICT engineer to join our Support Services team, covering functions such as Service Desk, 1st and 2nd line support within a complex IT environment.
A minimum of 3 year’s experience in an ICT support role is required, providing technical support over the telephone utilising remote diagnostic tools as well as face to face with customers. We are looking for someone that can demonstrate that they have the relevant experience and would be willing to travel to various sites across the borough of Sandwell to provide technical support as and when required.
It is essential that you possess working knowledge of the following technologies: Citrix, Microsoft Active Directory and Account Administration, Office 365, Active Directory Group Membership & Access Control lists. In addition, an understanding of IT Service Management concepts and principles within this specialised area must be proven.
37 hours per week.
