We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking teacher to join our Upper Key Stage 2 team and take our school forward on the next stage of its journey following our successful Ofsted 2018.

The successful applicant will lead a Year group team and the creative curriculum across the school.

The school will further develop the strengths and leadership skills of the successful candidate and the job specification will be personalised to take advantage of the skills and interests of those who are appointed.

We are looking for someone who:

• has high aspirations for all children and a passion for teaching.

• has a “can do” approach: is creative and innovative.

• has at least consistently good classroom practice.

• has experience of leadership and management of a curriculum area/ priority area within their current school.

• has the drive and ambition to be a successful leader.

• is able to impact upon outcomes across the school.

• has experience of Key Stage 2 SATS.

• is committed to the principles of equality, inclusion and diversity.

• is committed to fostering excellent relationships between parents, carers and the community.
