Pastoral Manager 

Required from September 2018 

Contract type: Permanent

Contract term: Full time - 37 hours per week. (Term time contract) 

Grade: This is a grade 7 position 

The school are looking to appoint a hard working and dedicated Pastoral Manager with a specific focus on improving attendance. The pastoral manager will also be responsible for the management, development and implementation of policies and practises throughout the school ensuring that the school fulfils its responsibilities for supporting behaviour, child protection and other pastoral issues. The role would promote and facilitate effective practices across the school that combine to safeguard the pupils in our care.
