“PSIAMS Systems is a software development company that has been set up to developed solutions for use in the Voluntary and Community sector to assist organisations, such as, charities and social enterprises to measure the impact they have in the local community and local economy. Staff within these organisations will use PSIAMS on a daily basis to record, track and support a range of customers; we provide the technical and CRM support to these organisations.
• This post will mainly provide system support to organisations that have a Children’s and Young People focus.
• To provide support and resolve issues for PSIAMS customers to a satisfactory outcome.
• To learn in the role on aspects of CRM, programming and general IT services, as well as team, customer and interpersonal skills.
