Looking for a new challenge?

Do you want to be part of forward-thinking dynamic team?

Then Penkridge Middle School is the place for you.

The Role:

We are seeking to appoint from September 2018 an enthusiastic, well qualified and talented teacher of English to lead our team.  You will believe that whilst results are extremely important, it is also essential to inspire young people to love learning.

You will have a passion for helping others (students and adults alike) learn; someone who has a deep understanding of the intrinsic relationship between teaching and learning.  You will be a team player who likes young people and is prepared to work hard to achieve the best for all our students.

The School:

The school is part of Penk Valley Academy Trust along with 4 other schools based in the local area:  St John’s (CE) First School, Marshbrook First School, Princefield First School, and Wolgarston High School. We are on a very exciting journey and would love you to join us in developing our 2-19 Academy Trust – a place where we want our children and young people to be excited about their learning, achieve very high outcomes enabling them to choose to either go to university or a successful career.

We are a Trust where learning is at the heart of the organisation and in which professional development is at the core of our culture.

Applications from Primary and Secondary teachers are equally welcome. Application packs can be downloaded from the school website www.penkridge.staffs.sch.uk

Completed forms/letters of application should be returned by email to Jenny Whitehouse, on j.whitehouse@penkridge.staffs.sch.uk or by post to:
