ICT Desktop Support Analyst

As an ICT Desktop Support Analyst you will manage and delivering the computer systems and networks of ICT services provided across Coventry City Council and Schools. You will be required to install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
You will have a strong technical background in software and operating systems and the ability to think logically whilst providing great Customer Service.
In this role, you will be working with technologies such as the System Centre suite focusing on System Centre Configuration Manager, Solus 3 and Kaseya.
