About The Role:
Henhurst Ridge Primary Academy is a brand new two-form entry primary school opening in September with state of the art facilities. It will open with Reception children only and grow year on year. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly competent Site Manager who will ideally join the small staffing team at the end of July in order to get to know the building inside and out before the Construction Team handover at the end of August. As the school will only be part occupied in the first year, there are great opportunities to work alongside an experienced Site Supervisor at our sister school Scientia Academy, Burton, for anyone with all the right skills and personal qualities but not the experience. Part of the role will include working across both sites to provide holiday cover when needed. Cleaning duties will be required at Henhurst while the school is growing. In subsequent years, you will help to recruit and manage a cleaning team.
You will need to be hardworking, flexible, dependable and self-motivated, sharing the school’s vision of it being the best it can possibly be.
The Site Manager plays a key role in the school community and is integral to the smooth running of it. If you feel you have all the necessary skills, a ‘can do’ and caring attitude, coupled with a good sense of humour and want to be part of the excitement of opening a new school - apply now! We look forward to receiving your application.
