School Business Manager

£34,106 - £41,846 pro rata

36.5 hours per week, term time only

Start Date: September 2018

Queensbury School has a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding individual to join our Senior Leadership Team.

Our Head Teacher and School welcome applications from experienced, talented and highly skilled Business Managers that can demonstrate a passion for being part of a team that will lead in business management.  The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in the role of School Business Manager in a school.
  • Hold the Certificate in School Business Management (CSBM) or equivalent.
  • Lead on all aspects of the school’s business including: finance and budgeting, facilities, health & safety and HR.
  • Work in partnership with Senior Leaders and report to, and advise, the Governing Body.
  • Have experience of working with school financial systems.
  • Have the skills to work as part of a wider team, including SLT.
  • Be able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role.
