Area Behaviour Partnerships Support Officer
Warwickshire County Council has four established Area Behaviour Partnerships across the county which enable schools to work collaboratively to support the education of pupils at risk of, or permanently excluded from school. Some Warwickshire children attend alternative provision for part or all of their school week. We now require additional outstanding staff to help us further develop and support this work and are now looking to appoint to the new post of Area Behaviour Support Officer.
37 Hours Per Week
£20,541 - £23,111 Per Annum
We are looking to appoint a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated individual with exceptional communication skills. You will have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and have a 'can do' approach to problem solving. The two key strands of the day-to-day work will be finance and the management of the on-line electronic registration system for pupils in alternative provision. You will work with senior LA officers to provide an exceptional front line service to secondary schools, alternative providers and other staff.
- Educated to NVQ level 3 or above
- High level of self-motivation balanced with strong team work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection requirements
