About the Trust
At Sandwell Children’s Trust, we put the child at the heart of everything we do.
We are committed to providing the best possible support to the children and families we meet.
The Trust is on the road to improvement, transforming the way we do things and we want to strengthen our teams to enable us to provide intervention and preventative solutions for the families we work with. As a Trust, we have the freedom to make the decisions that matter the most, resulting in the best possible outcomes.
We support our social workers to undertake creative methods of intervention to ensure the voice of the child is at the centre of service development.
Our staff are supported by an accountable and a professional management team and are encouraged to work creatively, within the statutory framework.
We want you to make a real difference in children’s lives.
