You will need to have the aptitude and values to lead services, ensuring that vulnerable children and young people in the city receive an excellent social work service.
We are seeking a principal manager within our Children in Care Service. The successful applicant will have comprehensive experience of Public Law Outline and care planning. The post holder will provide challenge, advice and guidance to practice managers, offering reflective supervision and take a lead role in the support and development of the wider team.
