Learning Support Assistant – for the support of pupils who have Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC)

Full-time (32.5 hours), term-time only plus Inset days (39 weeks)

Band C [£17391 - £21693 pro rata] starting salary £13036

We require a Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Faculty with the post to commence September 2018. This post will be fixed term until 31st August 2019 in the first instance.

The post involves supporting pupils who have ASC and who require individualised specialist support in relation to their needs. The successful candidate will be required to support pupils both within a small specialist-teaching group as well as on an individualised basis within lessons across the curriculum.

This is a specialist role and therefore the successful candidate should have proven experience of supporting children with ASC.
