Joining our team as a Principal Planner you will primarily lead on wide range of complex and major planning applications, planning enquiries and appeals. You will have delegated powers to authorise decisions within the team, and provide support to other team members.

You will also have opportunities to work with a wide range of clients to providing enhanced planning services, and engaging with other specialists on an exciting range of projects.

You will have excellent communication skills, and full membership of the RTPI, together with relevant experience in Development Management, having good knowledge of processes involved in planning applications and appeals.
