We are seeking a principal manager within our Fostering Service. The role will lead on the recruitment and retention strategy for foster carers and work with regional partners, to work collaboratively within the North Midlands Permanency Partnership & West Midlands Fostering Consortium. You will support practice managers to ensure the recruitment, assessment, approval and supervision of all fostering households (including Regulation 24, Connected Persons/Kinship Carers) is compliant with fostering regulations, relevant policy and legislation.
