The successful candidates will be required to design and deliver a range of accredited and/or non-accredited Adult courses across the Borough.

To carry out duties to ensure the smooth delivery of Adult Learning courses and/or qualifications and to ensure quality and high standards within Adult courses.

Experience of working with adults returning to learning and relevant teaching experience and qualifications. Understanding of safeguarding and data protection relevant to a learning environment.
we require the candidates to have a high level of verbal, IT and written communication skills. An understanding of the role and impact of Community and / or Family Learning, commitment to staff and personal development and its role in community learning and development. Understanding of Ofsted Common Inspection Framework. Understanding and commitment to equality of opportunity.

Experience
Experience of working with adults returning to learning
Relevant teaching experience
Understanding of safeguarding, information security and data protection relevant to a learning environment
Qualifications / Training
5 GCSE’s Grade A-C or equivalent
Possess relevant subject qualification at Level 3 or above
Possess relevant adult teaching qualification
Appropriate safeguarding qualification / training
Practical Skills
High level of verbal, IT and written communication skills
Understanding of the role and impact of community and / or family learning
Commitment to staff and personal development and its role in community learning and development
Understanding of Ofsted Common Inspection Framework
