An exciting opportunity has arisen for a progressive and forward thinking HR Business Partner to oversee our HR and Payroll operations, with line management responsibility for the Payroll Manager and HR Team.
We are seeking an individual who has the ability to create a climate where employees are involved, empowered and committed whilst ensuring that activities are fully aligned and support our business goals.
Working closely with managers the successful candidate will provide proactive advice and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of HR.
The successful candidate will be qualified to CIPD Level 7 or equivalent and have proven relevant experience as a HR Practitioner either in the private or public sector on a broad range of activities including recruitment, employee relations, equality and diversity, payroll, strategy & policy development, learning & development and job evaluation processes & systems. You must have a detailed knowledge of current employment legislation and ideally have working knowledge of the iTrent HR and Payroll system.
You will have a passion for service improvement and experience of delivering transformation through people and technology, using sound problem solving skills to create innovative solutions.
Working in partnership with managers, employees and trade unions you will have exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills in order to build constructive relationships.
