Construction Services- Maintenance and Minor Works has an annual turnover in excess of £10m and delivers planned and reactive maintenance, adaptation, renewal and extension works on behalf of the County Council and independent Clients. We are a successful and profitable Business Unit that generates all of its income from professional fees.

We deliver several hundred projects a year in geographic locations within and without Warwickshire, for a range of different Clients. The buildings we work on include CLASP & other system builds, traditional construction and Listed Buildings that are used for purposes such as office accommodation, education, fire and rescue, libraries, heritage, and culture.

 

The Role

37.0 Hours per Week

These posts offer challenge, stimulation and variety and need self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and team focused people who can design and deliver works to a consistent high standard and forge effective Client relationships. The Building Surveyor function is key to continued success, and you will understand how your performance can directly contribute. 

 

Key Requirements

You will have experience of delivering core Building Surveying elements of maintenance, adaptation and renewal in a fee driven environment. In addition, demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining successful Client relationships is a must.
