We are looking to appoint a Part -Time Senior Social Worker based in the newly formed Disability Team. This service supports young people and adults with a range of disabilities / complex needs. We are committed to meeting the needs of our customers in a personalised way, delivering a quality service that offers choice, control and inclusion. The role is to contribute to the overall vision of the Disability Service , Adult Social Care and the key priorities of the People Directorate.

You will need to be a Qualified Social Worker registered with HCPC and meet the requirements of the Job Description and Personnel Specification for this post. The role entails the operational management of staff within the Disability Service including the Safeguarding of vulnerable adults.

You will need to demonstrate a professional commitment and high level of professional knowledge, critical thinking, excellent communication skills and creativity to support people to achieve positive outcomes that maximise/promote independence and a good quality of life.

Hours: 30

Salary: Grade 10 £33,769 to £36,740 per annum.

Location: Dudley Disability Service, Ladies Walk Health and Social Care Centre, Priory Lane, Sedgley, Dudley, West Midlands. DY3 3UA
