Our Customer Service Support teams are based throughout the city, supporting all services.

Our support teams cover wide functions from front facing reception roles in areas like our Children’s Hubs and the Register Office to traditional administration roles such as processing invoices / timesheet and taking minutes as well as some roles supporting our social work telephone contacts. Roles vary greatly according to service demand.

You will be an administrator who is IT literate, able to use Word and Excel as well as able to embrace new technologies as the organisation reviews and updates its processes. Although this is essentially an administration role you will also need good customer service skills to deliver a professional service to both internal and external customers alike.

In return, we can offer you an excellent pension scheme, childcare vouchers, 'MyCar' scheme, interest-free loans on annual travel cards, discounts at a number of city centre restaurants, shops and other establishments.
