We are seeking to appoint 2 x skilled and enthusiastic Support Workers to complement our existing team.

1x 37 hour post

1x 36 hour post

Duke Street provides residential accommodation for 16 adults with Learning Disability and, who may have additional physical support needs from three separate bungalows based on one site.

The service is registered with CQC and was rated as ‘GOOD’ at its last inspection.

The team at Duke Street are committed to providing opportunity, choice, involvement & control to all the people that we support. We take immense pride in the work we do and place residents at the heart of every decision we make. We are looking for an individual who is committed to develop creative ways to support and motivate individuals to achieve good outcomes that maximise thier interaction, involvement & independence.

The standard working week is 37 hours, 5 out of 7 days, working on a rota basis between the hours of 7am – 10pm, including weekends.

• Hold a relevant social care qualification (NVQ level 2 or equivalent)
