Group Manager – Family Front Door
Working as an experienced manager at the Family Front Door, you will be part of a management team responsible for Contacts, Referral and Assessment Team.
Working in a multi-agency environment you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent partnership skills, as well as experience in the understanding of and applying thresholds.
You will have substantial management leadership experience, be confident and competent at making decisions to safeguard and protect children and have a track record of achieving significantly improved outcomes for children and young people.
Group Manager – Locality Safeguarding
Leading one of our Locality Safeguarding areas you will be responsible for Child Protection; Care Proceedings and Child In Need work.
As well as having substantial management leadership experience, you will have demonstrable skills, knowledge and experience in all areas of safeguarding. An understanding of what "good" looks like and how to achieve it is essential
What can Worcestershire offer you?
A basic salary of up to £60,184 per annum

- An allowance of up to £10,000 to eligible to recruits who need to move home as a result of accepting an appointment. You can receive help towards removal expenses, legal fees, estate agents fees disturbance expenses and additional accommodation costs
