Applications are invited from enthusiastic individuals with a background of research in housing, health and wellbeing, social policy or similar to join us as a Partnerships and Performance Officer.
A key aspect of the role will be to lead on the design, collection, analysis and reporting of data essential to shaping and informing progress on the delivery of Stafford’s Housing, Homelessness and Health and Wellbeing Strategies.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will coordinate and undertake consultation activities for the service, coordinate a variety of Partnership Groups, and prepare and present high quality reports for a range of audiences.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- an analytical approach to problem solving,
- good communication and presentation skills,
- the ability to meet strict deadlines
- hold a degree in a relevant area eg Sociology, Housing, Health and Wellbeing, Social Policy Government, with some element of statistical analysis or research methods.
