About our Schools

Our Multi Academy Trust comprises Grove Academy, Hamilton Academy and Northwood Broom Academy.  Grove Academy is a four form entry academy and Hamilton and Northwood Broom are both two form entry academies (including Nursery provision).  We believe in a creative, literacy-rich curriculum, where pupils are able to make links in their learning. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment in which all pupils can achieve their full potential. To enable us to continue to develop this across our academies we are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic Teaching Support Assistant who is ambitious & self-motivated to work supporting children with EHCs.

Applicants should take this opportunity to state their strengths.

Our children want excellent practitioners who:

  • Show us how to be MAGIC learners;
  • Reward us for our brilliant behaviour;
  • Can’t wait to see us every day;
  • Make every day exciting so that we love our learning;
  • Teach us about rules & routines & how to keep everything organised.

In return we can offer:

  • Community academies moving to outstanding;
  • Empowerment for all staff to progress with many career progression opportunities
  • Happy, enthusiastic & motivated pupils to work with;
  • A supportive, hard working environment where everyone is valued;
  • Excellent support & CPD opportunities;

Closing Date: 12 noon - 10th September 2018

Potential candidates are warmly invited & encouraged to visit Grove Academy on 6th September 2018 at 4pm and should email sqayum@espritmat.org to confirm arrangements. Interviews to be held on Friday 14th September 2018 at Grove Academy.
