Clerical Assistant – Attendance

Grade 3

37 hours per week 

(Term time only)

£13,929 -£14,365

 

We are looking to recruit an efficient and effective Clerical Assistant responsible for Attendance who will provide outstanding clerical and administrative support to the school in relation to the attendance of students and to administer first aid on a daily basis.

We are looking for a person to join us who will:

●             Liaise with all stakeholders with regard to attendance.  Chase up absent students, ensuring effective communication.

 

 

 

●             Provide attendance reports and absence data for senior leaders

 

 

 

●             Provide attendance advice & guidance to students, parents & staff
