Schools HR is recruiting two HR Support Officers to join its busy Operations Team which is responsible for delivering a high quality HR service to over 330 schools and educational services.

The Operations Team support all types of school and you will be responsible for providing accurate and consistent advice on a wide range of varying terms and conditions for teachers and support staff. You must have a background in HR, with a sound knowledge of generalist HR practice and demonstrable experience of delivering high quality service.

You will have responsibility for processing contracts and contractual changes via the HR SAP IT solution and therefore, must be able to demonstrate strong IT and organisational skills in order to manage a busy workload and meet a range of conflicting deadlines and priorities. Attention to detail is also an essential requirement as data quality is paramount to the role.

The ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service is essential. With responsibility for specific schools, you will need to build strong relationships with customers and understand the individual needs of your schools in order to meet their expectations. This will require a flexible and adaptive approach, balanced with the need to keep schools safe from legal challenge.

You will join a friendly and experienced team and undertake a structured programme of induction training and support.
