The successful applicant will provide a full administrative support service to the Housing Training Team with occasional support across the wider team to include Housing Strategy and Housing Enforcement.
Location: Brierley Hill
The role will include issuing joining instructions, booking venues, provision of information advice and guidance, issuing and recording evaluation forms, design and implementation of systems to record evaluation data, processing and chasing outstanding payments and checking invoices.
You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with a wide range of people with a clear understanding of customer care. You must have a working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications, be highly motivated, well organised and have commitment to detail and provision of a quality service.
