Enterprise Customer Liaison Officer
Warwick District Council is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join Enterprise, a subdivision of the Policy & Projects section.
This is an important front facing role and you will be required to regularly demonstrate a professional and enthusiastic approach when dealing with clients, to provide a first class customer experience.
Are you self-motivated with a strong work ethic? Do you have the ability and willingness to work under your own initiative and as part of an effective and efficient team? Do you have good communications skills? Are you able to prioritise effectively?
If so, this role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a motivated and driven team to deliver professional and effective customer service, providing support in the operation of projects within the Enterprise network and to play a key role in supporting the economy and prosperity of the District.
This post is for 15 hours per week, ideally over 2 days. However, depending upon circumstances of a successful candidate we may consider an alternative working pattern over 3 days.
