Customer Support Analyst
Warwickshire is currently undertaking an exciting period of transformation. Technology is central to this and we have recently implemented a new social care system which is central to transforming the way we support vulnerable people. We are now looking to expand the team responsible for configuring and supporting the system and are looking for motivated individuals looking to build on their systems configuration and development experience. You will be working across Adults and Children's Social care translating their requirements into new system functionality, so the work will be varied. As part of the team we can offer a friendly environment, a variety of development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.
37.0 Hours per Week
Fixed term contract until 31 March 2020
Joining our team you’ll be delivering proactive and enabling support to users of our care recording system - including the delivery of advanced system administration, provision of clear guidance and e-learning and improvements to the system that will embed practice in the business.
You will need to have the ability to analyse and interpret information provided by users to determine appropriate solutions, along with hands on experience of configuring or administering workflow systems.
As you’ll be managing a variety of relationships with different stakeholders, it’s important you have good communication skills and can work on your own initiative.
Good planning, time management and organisation skills are key for this role and you should be used to working under pressure to meet deadlines allowing flexibility and resilience.
