Business Configuration Analyst
Warwickshire is currently undertaking an exciting period of transformation. Technology is central to this and we have recently implemented a new social care system which is central to transforming the way we support vulnerable people. We are now looking to expand the team responsible for configuring and supporting the system and are looking for motivated individuals looking to build on their systems configuration and development experience. You will be working across Adults and Children's Social Care translating their requirements into new system functionality, so the work will be varied. We’re looking for Business Configuration Analysts to join us.
Joining our team you’ll be responsible for changing the business configuration of our social care systems, primarily Mosaic. This involves establishing and translating business needs and configuring the system to support the Social Care to deliver it’s business. You will become a subject matter expert in social care systems making best practice recommendations on the appropriate configuration of the system to achieve agreed outcomes.
You will need to have the ability to analyse information to determine appropriate solutions, along with hands on experience of configuring or administering workflow systems.
As you’ll be managing a variety of relationships with different stakeholders, it’s important you have good communication skills and can work on your own initiative.
Good planning, time management and organisation skills are key for this role and you should be used to working under pressure to meet deadlines allowing flexibility and resilience.
