Finance Administration Assistant
Hurst Hill Primary School are seeking to appoint a friendly, flexible and adaptable person to join our Admin Team as a Finance/Administration Assistant. You will be acting as first point of contact for all visitors to the school and will help to create a warm, welcoming environment, dealing with all enquiries from stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Office Manager with a limited degree of autonomy. Staff undertaking a grade 4 role will need to have specific skills and experience and may carryout day to day responsibility for regular accounting/financial and administrative tasks.
The hours for this position will be 8.45am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday totalling 33.75 per week. This will be a 39 week contract and will require some flexibility within this role.
You will be joining a supportive and motivated team that is committed to improving outcomes for the children at Hurst Hill and pupils across the Hales Valley Trust.
