Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and S106 Monitoring Officer
These are exciting times for Stratford on Avon District Council as we have strong growth agendas to create homes, jobs and improved spaces within our district. This post plays a significant role supporting the delivery of community infrastructure priorities and projects in the District.
We are looking to recruit a motivated, customer focused officer to assist in the development and effective implementation of a new joint administration process to compliment the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and monitoring of S106 financial obligations.
The post holder will manage the collection and subsequent distribution of related financial developer contributions arising from CIL and S106 contributions, supporting the recording, collection, monitoring, reconciliation and reporting of revenue, and take action against non-payment and/or compliance.
You will have experience of working in an administration support environment, with excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer care and good ICT skills. It is a demanding yet rewarding role for someone who enjoys working as part of a busy team and is able to work under pressure.
