G4 £18,145 - £20,338 per annum

3 Year Fixed Term Position

The purpose of this role is to deliver an excellent customer focused service, providing comprehensive, efficient and professional support to Integrated Facilities Management Team.  Focussing on delivering the Helpdesk facility of Report a Problem for all corporate buildings and to maintain financial records and invoice tracking for all maintenance related works. 

One of the key special conditions attached to this role is to provide assistance/cover as and when required across the team and discretion and confidentiality must be maintained at all times. 

The successful candidate will need experience in customer service operating a first point of contact telephony helpdesk centre and experience in the use of IT applications. You must also hold GSCE’s Grade A to C or equivalent including Maths and English Language, NVQ level 3 in administration or a similar discipline/equivalent experience.
