Human Resources Assistant - Q3 Academies Trust
We are seeking to appoint a friendly, efficient, organised and enthusiastic administrator to play a key role within our HR team. Our Trust is expanding and it is therefore essential that you are both flexible and a team player.
This role will initially be based at our Academy in Great Barr providing HR support to Q3 Academy Langley however, as the Q3 Academy Langley build progresses, this post could relocate to Q3 Academy Langley.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, as is a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience of customer services and administration is essential.
Although not essential, HR administration skills would be advantageous as too would be experience of SIMS.

37 hours - full-time (consideration can be given to part-time working)
Term-time only post plus two additional weeks during Academy closure periods
Scale 3 / 4 scp 14 - 21 (£17,681 - £20,541 fte) (around £15,913 - £18,487 pro rata)
