37.0 Hours per Week
Working in a busy HR office, you will be the main point of contact for all recruitment queries and will be working closely with the HR Administrator (Recruitment) to ensure that recruitment processes are compliant with statutory regulations, managed, developed and implemented effectively.
You will co-ordinate the end-to-end recruitment campaigns, providing specialist recruitment advice, guidance and support to Line Managers and will work closely with the HR Officer to establish recruitment best practice throughout the Foundation.
The successful candidate will have a passion for recruitment, possessing an excellent knowledge of IT, the ability to prioritise, work under pressure with experience of working in a busy HR/Recruitment environment preferably within an education environment.
Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or working towards is desirable and Knowledge of ISI Regulations would be advantageous.
