£18,672 - £21,074 per annum, pro rata
29.5 hours per week
Permanent Contract (This is a Shared Service Post)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the facilities team at Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council. A caretaker is required to work at the Council Offices to provide support to the workforce and visitors to the building.
You will already have experience within a similar role, and be able to work on your own and as part of a team. You will posses a clean driving licence and be prepared to work anytime Monday to Sunday and respond to call-out requests. A willingness to cover overtime above and beyond the contracted hours is essential. (There is a Stand-by allowance Paid when on Call)
